Exporting Data
Section titled “Exporting Data”Export your data as CSV files for reporting, spreadsheets, or feeding into other tools.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Required permission:

1. Open the Data View
Section titled “1. Open the Data View”Go to Data > Data View in the sidebar.
2. Select your data source
Section titled “2. Select your data source”Use the data source selector to pick the dataset you want to export. This can be form responses, imported datasets, or any other data available in the viewer.
3. Export as CSV
Section titled “3. Export as CSV”Click Export. A CSV file downloads to your computer with all the records from the selected data source.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The export includes every record in the current data source. Apply filters first if you only need a subset.
- Form responses can also be exported directly from the Forms page. See Exporting Responses for that approach.
- CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any spreadsheet app.
