Audit Log

Every action in your organization is logged. See who did what, when, and to what.

You need the org:view_audit_log permission. Owners and Admins have this by default.

Click Settings in the sidebar, then click the Audit Log tab. You’ll see a chronological list of every action taken in your organization.

Click the User dropdown. Select a specific member to see only their actions.

Click the Action Type dropdown. Choose from Create, Update, or Delete to narrow down the results.

Click the Entity Type dropdown. Select a category like Forms, Judges, Entries, or others to see actions affecting only that type.

Click the Date Range picker. Set a start and end date. The log updates to show only actions within that window.

Type in the Search field to find specific entries. Search matches against action descriptions, member names, and entity names.

Click Export. The current filtered view downloads as a file. Filters you’ve applied carry over to the export.

  • Filters stack. You can combine user, action type, entity type, date range, and search to find exactly what you’re looking for.
  • The audit log is read-only. Nobody can edit or delete log entries.
  • Exports respect your current filters. Set your filters first, then export.
  • The log captures actions from all members, including automated actions from the system.
